Whether you’re training for an event, returning from injury, or simply want to improve your habits off the field or stage, this package combines practical tools with personal support to help you train, and live well.

Goal-setting and progress tracking tailored to your sport/art and lifestyle

Package Standard Rate: $65 per session
(Includes Specialized Coaching Package, Coaching for Teens and Young Adults, Performance and Recovery Coaching)
Coaching is offered as an 8-session package ($520 total), designed to support meaningful, lasting progress.This price reflects the one-on-one coaching session as well as the personalized planning, tailored tools, and behind-the-scenes work that goes into helping you reach your goals.
Foundations session (1-off), Standard Rate: $150
Sliding Scale
Driven by my mission to make health coaching accessible, I offer a sliding scale, with options below and above the standard rate, so clients can select the option that best fits their situation. If you’re interested in learning more about the sliding scale, please feel free to reach out—or we can discuss it after your free consultation.
Flexible Payment Plan available upon request.
Health coaching services may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA or FSA accounts when accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed healthcare provider. If you'd like to pursue this option, I'm happy to provide receipts (superbills) with the required information. Please check with your plan administrator for specific eligibility requirements.
